tax-calculator.nl provides instant access to digital Pro features. Purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or used, except where required by applicable law or where Lemon Squeezy determines that a refund is appropriate.
Pro features are delivered digitally and become available immediately after a successful payment. By purchasing and using Pro access, you agree that the digital service starts right away and understand that your statutory withdrawal right may be lost once access begins, where permitted by applicable law.
Because the service is available immediately, we do not normally provide refunds for activated or used Pro access, unused subscription time, changes of mind, or purchases made after you had access to the product information and free calculator features.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
Refunds may be considered case by case where:
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period. You keep access to the paid features until the end of the period already paid for, unless Lemon Squeezy or applicable law requires a different outcome.
Payments, invoices, taxes, and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy may approve, partially approve, or decline refund requests according to its own terms, policies, payment network rules, and applicable law.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the email address used for payment, your Lemon Squeezy order ID, and a short explanation. You can also contact Lemon Squeezy through the support links in your payment receipt.
If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay support and can lead to account restrictions while the payment dispute is being reviewed.
